Lost in Translation
If you're gonna move here, learn the language. Just another silly link, but it kept me laughing for a while. Not very PC.
OH.MY.GOD! That site was hilarious!
God, that makes me miss Japan. This stuff is everywhere (or at least was in 1992). I remember a bakery down the street from us that had a full wall mural telling the story of its gnomish mascot (faithfully modeled on Nickelodeon's Jacob the Gnome) in the same sort of brilliantly mangled prose. It took up a whole wall - I wish I still had a picture of it.
I also still have a t-shirt somewhere with a picture of a rocket ship and the phrase "Space Holds Such Good Heaven."
Reminds me of "All Your Base Are Belong To Us."
In His FAQ's section he mentions why that isn't on his site. He also explains why it's not disrespectful to laugh at most of these misspellings. It's interesting to think of the English language as a design element.
Also, the site sells shirts with some great logos...
