I got 100% myself. The rule of thumb is any request to update your information along with threats that your account will be closed usually indicate a scam. The site also offers some tips on how to detect phishing emails. I didn't read them, but they're probably useful.
The credit card and banking ones are obvious, but what benefit could someone gain from spoofing your Earthlink account info? I guess if there's a credit card field on the page itself, that would be a tipoff.
