George Bush and John Kerry are cousins. Sadly, this is not a joke. Maybe we should just skip the preliminaries and go right back to monarchy.

I appreciate the sentiment, but this is isn't really any sort of indicator of some kind of aristocratic hegemony in the U.S. - I think you can only go back about seven generations before we're all cousins.
I think what's really funny is that Bush has two more generations in his lineage than Kerry does - babies making babies!
