Linking to a site isn't stealing bandwidth. If you used an image or a video hosted on their site and displayed it here without saving a local copy, that would be leeching.

But it's a hotlink. That means anyone clicking straight through to it doesn't see the rest of their beautiful site. So, maybe not bandwidth theft, but not quite polite, either.
